Thank you for using this website and/or for purchasing products/services from Organizing Maniacs, LLC. If you continue to use this website and/or if you purchase a product/service from this site, you agree to be bound by this agreement, our client agreement, and our privacy policy.

Organizing Maniacs, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of service at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. The last update was on July 7, 2016. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised terms of service on the OrganizingManiacs.com website.

REFUND POLICY
At Organizing Maniacs, LLC we strive to meet a 100% Client satisfaction level. It is our responsibility to analyze your situation, teach you appropriate new skills and help you make the changes you want. If we fail to meet any realistic expectations, we will schedule a complimentary session to make any necessary adjustments. All claims must be submitted in writing within seven business days of completion of the project. Letters describing in detail what work or parts of the project were not completed or satisfactorily executed should be mailed Return Receipt Requested to: Organizing Maniacs®, LLC 20341 Bowfonds Street, Ashburn, VA 20147. If we have created a new system for you, your responsibility is to maintain it long enough for it to become a habit. Typically, habit-forming takes 30 days. If you faithfully use your new system for 30 days, we have already adjusted it to better suit your needs and you are still not satisfied, we will refund your part of your money. If we have completed multiple sessions together, the Client’s refund will be strictly limited to the amount of the most recent session. Failure to make a claim within seven business days implies that Client fully accepts the completed work.

Please note that Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

AFFILIATE POLICY
Products and services that are mentioned or linked to on this blog may be products that Organizing Maniacs, LLC has a financial interest in promoting or has received some other non-financial compensation for. Organizing Maniacs, LLC will clearly disclose if it receives an affiliate percentage, free product, free service, discount, or any other compensation for a review.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that all claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the interpretation, application, or enforcement of services provided under our services client agreement shall first be attempted to be decided through mediation, with mutually agreeable mediator or mediation services. The costs will be shared equally between the Parties. No modification of the client agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.

Third Party Beneficiaries

Our agreement does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the Parties. Agreements with our Clients are not transferable to any other parties.
