Refocus, Reorganize, Renew for the New Year
The holidays will be over before you know it. As of the date of this post, there are 40 days until the New Year. While surviving the holidays might have you wrapped in a fleece blanket on the couch wishing you could wave a magic wand and the cleanup would take care of itself, think of the end of the holiday season as a time to refocus, reorganize, renew and embrace the New Year.
In the last year, you may have had a good idea of what kind of organizing you wanted to take place in your home or office. Now it’s time to revisit those goals or ideas and see if they were successful. The end of a year is a great time for reflection. Were you able to clean out the garage or storage closet? Now that you’ve got some tasks outlined to complete in the New Year, take time to think about a fun project you’d like to add to your goals! Of course, organizing is fun, but is there something you’ve always wanted to do, either for yourself or for your home?. Maybe you’ve always wanted to paint your living room or remodel your bathroom. Or maybe this is the year you create a meditation space for yourself. This is the perfect time to change the energy in your space.
